Refund Policy

1. General Terms

1.1. ReceiveNumber.com does not provide refunds for purchased numbers after an SMS message has been successfully received and activation has been completed. By purchasing any service or product from ReceiveNumber.com, the Client confirms agreement with this condition.

1.2. If the Client does not receive an SMS message within the specified time limit, the payment for that number will be refunded automatically once the activation is canceled. If any issue arises, the Client should contact our Support Team for assistance.

2. Balance and Account Funds

2.1. Once the Client has successfully purchased and activated at least one number, the remaining funds in the Client’s account balance are non-refundable.

2.2. Requests for issues related to number activation or use must be submitted to our Support Team within 5 (five) days from the date of purchase. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for review or refund.

2.3. Refunds for top-ups made more than 1 (one) calendar week prior to the refund request will not be processed.

2.4. If the Client made multiple top-ups and only part of the balance remains unused, ReceiveNumber.com may consider refunding only the unused balance if it has not been applied to any product or service.

3. Conditions for Refund Eligibility

  • The Client did not receive an SMS within the activation time window.
  • The service was unavailable due to a verified technical error on ReceiveNumber.com’s side.
  • The Client’s balance was charged incorrectly due to a system malfunction.

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Incompatibility with third-party software or websites.
  • Incorrect use or misunderstanding of the service.
  • Violation of platform rules or abuse of service.
  • Accounts blocked for breaching our Terms of Use.

4. Refund Request Procedure

4.1. To initiate a refund request, the Client must send an email to refund@receivenumber.com from the registered account email address, including:

  • Full name and account email.
  • Payment details and amount requested.
  • Payment method used.
  • Reason for the refund request.

4.2. ReceiveNumber.com reviews refund requests within 5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method or external payment provider.

4.3. If a refund cannot be issued via the original payment method, ReceiveNumber.com may offer an alternative refund method agreed upon with the Client.

4.4. Refunds are subject to payment provider fees or commissions, which will be deducted from the refundable amount.

5. Fraud, Abuse, and Violations

5.1. ReceiveNumber.com reserves the right to deny or cancel any refund if fraudulent activity, abuse, or policy violations are detected.

5.2. If an account is blocked due to violation of service rules, all remaining funds are automatically forfeited, and no refund will be provided.

6. Important Notice

6.1. Before requesting a refund, the Client must ensure that the request complies with this Refund Policy and other official documents published on https://receivenumber.com.

6.2. By topping up the balance or purchasing any product/service on ReceiveNumber.com, the Client fully agrees to this Refund Policy.
